Across Colorado, 130+ community-rooted leaders are redesigning all the systems that impact a child’s educational experience, including health, housing and more, so that all young people thrive.

Their collective work now reaches young people ages 0-24 years old and has created 165+ youth sector jobs, generating over $6 million in annual economic impact.

But leadership that drives this kind of change needs sustained support. From wellness services and coaching to community space and resources, these resources need your contribution to keep this movement alive.
